I’ve pulled together the best activities to do in southern Oregon with your children this 2023 holiday season! Put on your ugly Christmas sweaters and grab your eggnog. It’s time to enjoy the most wonderful time of the year and make some family memories (and maybe some new traditions).
Take your family to sing along with Rogue World’s Wassailing community event. Join them in Ashland (12/1) or Talent (12/16).
Load up the kids in their Christmas jammies, grab some hot cocoas, and take your own self guided tour of the best homes with Christmas lights and decorations in Southern Oregon. Save this map link for closer to Santa’s arrival.
Hop aboard The Polar Express Event at The Children’s Museum of Southern Oregon (12/16-12/17)
Join in on the candy cane hunt at the Winter Lights Festival at Pear Blossom Park in Medford (12/2).
Stroll along historic Jacksonville’s downtown and take in the sights of their Victorian Christmas. Visit with Father Christmas (11/26-12/17) or book a trolley light tour.

Make a wreath at Southern Oregon Historical Society’s Hanley Farm in Central Point (11/25).

Visit Santa and his reindeer! Coastal Farm and Ranch will host them in White City (11/18) and Klamath Falls (11/19).
Tour the Gingerbread Jubilee entries at the Craterian Theater in Medford (11/18-11/20).
Go ice skating at Ashland Rotary Centennial Ice Rink. Rink opens 11/18.
